This wine has an international soul based on the most widespread variety in the world for
the production of white wines: His Majesty the Chardonnay! Small batches of vines extending
between Noceto and Medesano treated with care by expert hands allow us to harvest grapes
which, after one night in a cold store, are ready to be pressed, preserving all the possible aroma
Once fermentation is complete, the wine undergoes a brief passage in barriques of about 6 months, enough time to ensure an elegant evolution.
Color, aromas and structure are in harmonious balance and give extreme pleasure to the palate.
The harvested grapes are kept for 12 hours in cold storage before being gently pressed. The must ferments in steel silos at a controlled temperature (16° C). Once completed fermentation, the wine undergoes a brief passage in barriques of about 6 months, enough time to ensure an elegant evolution.

Straw-yellow wine with light greenish highlights. The nose opens with elegant aromas of fresh citrus fruit accompanied by distinct floral notes. The mouth immediately ignites hints of blood orange and lime that gently give way to notes of vanilla and toasted almonds. It is a wine of good acidity, minerality and persistence.
