The GEMMA wine comes from a single plot parcel of 3 hectares of aromatic Malvasia di Candia, a variety of Greek origin, very widespread in Emilia. The vineyard is located on a medium altitude hillside with south-eastern exposure in a well-ventilated micro-area, with high temperatures and neutral clay soils, well suited to the cultivation of this variety, which lends itself to both white wine vinification and drying.
